Summary

Case framing is key to winning voir dire. Regardless of whether mini openings are allowed in your jurisdiction, you will learn skills, case framing, and voir dire techniques that you can immediately apply in your practice from intake through trial. Learn how to pre-hab/walk off bad jurors for cause, create a safe space for jurors to be honest and authentic about their truths and biases, own bad facts without sponsoring them and more. This program will help you simplify, sharpen and laser focus your case framing, presentation, and jury selection questioning.

Sarah Havens will cover mini openings/framing, voir dire and opening statements, with carefully selected outlines and teaching points drawing on her experience as a National Institute of Trial Advocacy trial skills faculty instructor, Trial Lawyers Collage graduate, and her personal trial experience. Whether guru or beginner, you will leave with valuable tools for your next jury trial.
