This three-part series takes lawyers new to personal injury litigation through the trial of a case from first client contact through closing arguments at trial, using an automobile accident fact pattern. Session I covers intake, case evaluation, and demand packages. Session II looks at the flow of building your case from complaint to discovery to preparing for and taking depositions. Session III focuses on the trial of the case from witness preparation through closing arguments.
