Summary

Low-property-damage cases are increasingly devalued by insurers and mistrusted by juries. This program explains the biomechanics of low-speed collisions and why elastic crashes often cause more severe occupant injury than high-damage crashes.

Dr. David Wade will explain Delta-V myths versus biomechanics, ligament and disc injury mechanisms in low-speed impacts, how to document injury when the photos look “minor,” and how to frame low-speed cases for settlement and trial.
